This product has helped me in less than a week. Was waking up 4 to 5 times a night to go to the bathroom. It is already down to 2 times a night. And a stronger urination stream. And when I am done, I am done. No more starting and stopping and starting again. Some say that it takes up to a month of uses to get to the maximum results. So I am hoping to get to a point of sleeping all night long. We will see. But I have tried other products with little to no results. So to me, this is by far the best over the counter product I have tried.

Don't know why so taboo talking about mens prostate, let me tell you I usually take flomax to help me urinate more at one time instead of constant getting up every 20 min. This medicine kinda relives that. So all you guys that have a big prostate and can't urinate this can help
