Not worth it
First let me say I collect axes and hatchets so I know a little about them lol. Right off the bat this hatchet does not come with any kind of blade cover, so you will need to make your own. Second the head on the one I received is mounted slightly off...the blade/bit is tilted upward slightly and third, the handle is way to fat, I have big hands and it's not comfortable, also the grain orientation is terrible. Now all that being said and yes some of it's petty, the hatchet is ok. It's not worth $60 it is at best $40. If you love that style then buy it but if you want a good hatchet/camp axe then look at Husqvarna. I hope this helps and yes I am keeping it for a wall hanger.
