Saw an ad on yt video and decided to buy this book as the video was about mind control and then after some research i came to know about jose silva and thought of buying his creation so yeah a good book it was and many concepts of this book are actually life changing.Took me 3 days to finish and even today it helps me a lot as after reading this i am able to be more productive and not just that my one habit i wanted to build for very long of waking up early is not a wish anymore, this book will not motivate you vo tumhe khud hona padega but concept are really interesting that you would definitely want to try it and when you’ll try it you will find out that why this is one of the best self help books.

The focus is much more on the success stories, than the nuances of the techniques, which was a little underwhelming for me personally.Overall, good book, and requires more than one read to really get a grasp of things.
