Collagen large tablets should build new skin helping after micro needling. i chew them because their size are large and long . The sticky chewed collagen are sticking on my teeth and seems the teeth are ABSORBING some of the collagen. Where they felt kind of sore before , the pains gone now. i chewed some daily at October begining of , and the skin effects showed a week ish later, My skin looked better , new and fresh... With the micro needling effects soon showing, the COLLAGEN will BOOST the NEW SKIN MORE.

I was super skeptical that this product would help with hair and nail growth, and improve my skin. I was also very discouraged that some people only saw results 3+ months in. BUT, after taking this product for only one month, I am blown away. My hair is growing like CRAZY and so are my nails!!! I have so many baby hairs coming out.
