Unfortunately this says it fits hyundai sonata 2018 model, I had to find out that it the wrong way. Vague details information to support fitment is not provided so I had to go either with previous comments to find out or risk purchasing to test that it is like 3.6 cm less wide than the filter it does need. Amazon should request as a must for all their sellers to place as much details information of products to avoid things like this (dimensions). Seller should care about customer satisfaction by providing all information available of their products to help customers get what they need.

Amazon says this product does not fit a 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL with a 2.4L engine. I can tell you it does indeed fit. Installation was easy, and no tools were required. Empty your glove box, remove the thumbturn cams, pop off the support arm, drop the glove box, pop off the air box cover, remove old filter, place the new K&N filter in (logo out and right side up), replace air box cover, lift glovebox and reinstall support arms and cams, and you're done. 10 minutes top. By comparison the dealership (local to me) want's $89.00 installed, for a single use OEM filter. This filter is a better value all around.

I will update this review after I have driven 10k, 20k, and 30k miles. The filter is built to the same standard that KN air filters are built from. The fit was excellent and the time to change was under five minutes. In the long run I am sure this will save me a good bit of money. The dealership wanted $65 dollars to replace the existing filter with another simple filter that needs to be replaced every 10k miles. I am interested to see how long this filter lasts before it needs to be cleaned and what will be the costs of the cleaning kit.

Great product. You will save money in a long run I have bought engine filters from same company. they are reusable over and over. I do recommend it.

This is a well made filter. I gave it only 3 stars because it did not fit my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe as claimed on the Amazon site.

I received It today and fits on 2015 kia optima. I noticed that the filter It's a bit smaller than the normal filter but it works even better than the normal filter. More airflow and i don't have to put the ac on the max. That's a relief!
