Worked perfectly to help brush the the rust off for a nurse, off for a couple of years, and moving from a familiar environment (geriatrics) to a new environment (jail nurse). Was a good choice.

OMG! I just scan through this book and it is the best book I ever had. I am a nurse and i have to chart on my patients at the end of my shift. This book is a refresher course on charting. It has everything that I need to get the job done, simple and easy.

As a new grad new hire at a hospital that is still stuck in paper charting, I really needed to figure out how to document. We are required to write out our narrative and explain this and that that had happened. As a new nurse I didn't know where tO start. So I purchased about 3 books both kindle version and paperback and I read through them picking up some documentation skills here and there. This book helped me out alot. I recommend you purchase more than one book on charting as you can see different technique to create your own

This is portable and easy to carry and look into to help make my notes look more professional

I feel this book needs an update. There are a great many things missing that I feel like they should be included (like a shift change report) or things that could be edited out. It is definitely compact and easy to carry though.

Great book to help with charting. I like how it is practical and gives examples. Everyone at work loves this book! It helps define what is expected in nurses notes. Great to use as a reference.

The media could not be loaded. I thought this was a much newer book and turns out it’s from 2006 and most info is outdated. Would not recommend and I am not happy with this purchase.
