It wasn't always helpful, but it does work sometimes. The first two days gave me stomach and head pain, so I began to test with taking before or after food, and with or without food. The bottle says to take before food, but I preferred taking this with food, more food is better. This doesn't go well in the stomach with something like chocolate, so take this with something like bread or a meal. More importantly, stay very hydrated unless you want a headache, these pills are very hydro-demanding. The pills also work better if you get your blood moving, just a short walk is fine. Energy drinks and coffee go very well with these, as I had a very clear minded experience when taking these with a Monster Java, it was like a cool breeze blowing away the mental fog. That's been my experience with this product, just trying to get it to work. Some days, I may get lucky and feel very alert even with no sleep, other days it does nothing. By three stars, I mean more of an average rating, not that I didn't like it. It just didn't work as well as advertised. But everyone's body is different, so you have to take these under various conditions to see what works for you. I may buy some more and update my review later since I'm finding the right pattern to making the pills work, and to see if it works better in autumn/winter. Remember to take breaks with these too, it's quite a bit of vitamins and minerals to take everyday.

I've started drinking a lot of coffee at the same time as these intakes, but I don't feel like I need more than a few sips today with this one. Obviously, this is the beginning and other factors may come into play, but to be honest, it's an impressive start. I'll update after a few weeks, as I'm following these supplements closely, knowing that self-medication carries risks. EDIT: I've been taking for 2 weeks now. Still feeling the desired effects of longer periods of focused work. I anticipate it slightly dropping from everyday use, but it is working great. EDIT 2: I've been using this product in and out for about 6-7 months now. It is worth the hype. Great results. Your body does get used to it so don't hesitate to cycle on and off. EDIT 3: I have been using this product for over a year now. Still as reliable as ever. Important to be careful when using with other supplements as can result in undesirable side effects. My body has definitely gotten used to it, though I can feel a difference on days I am not using. Great helper, not a lifelong solution. Happy customer!

Got these to help with my health. Have been taking them everyday for a bit and I believe they do help. I’m noticing improvements in some stuff I had concerns about. Will purchase again for sure
