Great for anemia
They are pretty small and seem to be coated, which makes them easy to swallow but if you don't swallow them quickly you will get a mildly bad taste. This specific brand and dose was prescribed by my doctor for anemia and they have worked well. I would warn that these do look a bit like candy and from what I've read can be very harmful for children so you will want to treat them like any other drug.

Anemic? Great Choice
I found these at a local grocery which quit sticking them. Found 2 pack at Amazon. Just make sure you drink water after taking. I did not and woke up with purple teeth. That was a shock!
