Spicy got sauce with a great taste. It does take a bit to get used to.
Good quality, U definitely recommend it! Good-sized bottle. It was a great gift, and I got it at a discounted price. It tasted like a spicy hot sauce to my friend. I bought the habanero black truffle hot sauce with the red label.

Unbelievably delicious
Hot. Not just hot, but delicious. Full of flavor. Good on dang near everything - chicken, pizza, eggs, rice, curry, you name it. If you're a hot sauce lover and haven't tried it, or you know a hot sauce lover, just get it. Get it. Get this one and the white one too, which is probably even more delicious. But then don't be mad at me when you get hooked, please. I am not being compensated in any way for this review. I am just absolutely fanatical about this stuff. It is one of life's pure little joys!

Always tasty with that unique truffle umami. Never too hot but very well spiced.

Anything truff is an immediate smash. This hot sauce is really flavorful and super tasty. Not spicy, just full of flavor. I will absolutely be buying this and others from truff because I have not been disappointed yet! If you’re a meal prepper and have the same thing everyday, this sauce will add flavor and zest to your life! Get it!

Ignore the 1 star reviews, it's not bad, but it's a matter of taste
Comments on food product are always going to be divisive because everyone has different tastes. I saw that this product has >4 stars but the top rated comments are all 1-star saying this is the most disgusting vile thing. And then I went on other places like Reddit and saw similarly a mix of positive and negative comments. Etc. I debated quite at length about whether to try this out, since it's quite expensive -- ideally I could just go to a store or a friend's place and sample it first. You're probably going through the same since you're reading this comment. I can't prove to you that you'll like this, but I can at least add my thoughts: TASTE: It's pretty good. It tastes like premium hot sauce with some truffle flavor. It's quite thick, and a bit sweet. Maybe the closest approximation is if I took some ketchup, tabasco, and truffle oil, all together. Cost aside, I would gladly slather this onto fries, burger, steak, etc.. anything that I'd normally use hot sauce for. HEAT: It's not bad. Of course everyone has differing opinions on what is spicy enough, but it's overall not bad. I am no connoisseur of spiciness or scoville heat index, but I'd say it's about around the same range as sriracha sauce. TRUFFLE-NESS: Before buying this, make sure you actually like truffles. It's a distinctive, powerful aroma. I can't tell you how authentic this actually is, versus if you shaved real truffles into your hot sauce. But it does have a distinct but not overpowering truffle flavor. COST: $18 is a lot for a 6oz bottle of hot sauce. So I would use any of my normal hot sauces (e.g. Secret Aadvark is my go-to), and then use this when I want something special, have guests over, etc. But not for daily use. I would happily give this as a gift. OTHER: It's in a glass container with a screw top. It's fine for pouring, but that's not the ideal container for something that you want to get bits out of. Inevitably when I pour it, it gets on the outside rim. That's not a dealbreaker, and you probably won't notice at all, but FYI.

I Rue The Day I Discovered This Hot Sauce
I have been a connoisseur of hot sauce for decades and NO OTHER compares to the taste of Truff. Just the right amount of heat with an indescribable sweetness but not too sweet --if sweet is even the right description for this unique flavor. If it is possible for me to be addicted to a food this is it. And that's aggravating considering how little you get for the high cost. It takes me about five days tops to go through a bottle. I put it on everything. I'm going to go broke eating this stuff. I saw the Melinda's makes a black truffle sauce which is twice the size at half the cost but it pales in comparison. DAMN YOU, TRUFF! I WISH I KNEW HOW TO QUIT YOU!

Just misses for me; I like the original better
I loved the "original" Truff sauce, a great mix of sweetness, truffle earthiness and moderate heat. I love it and would give it an easy five stars. So, I decided to try this hotter version. It's still a very good sauce, but, for me, the heat does overwhelm the other tastes, so that I can't sense the other flavors very much. So, I now make sure to only put only a tiny bit of it on every bite I eat with it. If the heat was just a little more tempered, I imagine that the other flavors would come out more, and I would give this an extra two stars. I guess your reaction to this would depend on just how hot you like your hot sauce; I love hot food, but this is just over the limit for me when I use it in the usual quantity of sauce per bite that I like best.
