Perfect nonstick pan
I’ve been looking for a nonstick pan for my husband, as he has difficulty using my stainless steel pan. This one has been perfect for him. The nonstick surface works great—nothing sticks, and cleaning is a breeze. He’s been using it for everything from eggs to stir-fries, and it’s holding up really well with no signs of wear. The fact that it’s made in Korea gives me confidence in the quality, and since TeChef is a trusted brand, I know it’s a solid choice. It heats evenly, and it’s light enough for him to handle easily. That said, like others have mentioned, you do need to take care of it. I always avoid metal utensils, hand wash only, and never scrub too hard. I also make sure to wash it right after use. It’s super easy to cook with, but definitely easy to damage if you’re not careful. Still, if you treat it right, it’s absolutely worth it—definitely a keeper.

Best non-stick pan I've ever owned - a few tips on care...
This is an absolutely phenomenal non-stick pan for the price. I'd actually pay twice the price for it, honestly. The base is hefty and thick, the handle stays fairly cool (unless you put it in the oven, of course) and it is very durable. There's not a single scratch on the coating so far, although I will note that I try to avoid using metal utensils on it as much as possible. It's still super non-stick and food just slides right out of the pan, even gyoza!I believe that the issues some other reviewers have had can be remedied by these tips:- Do not use olive oil for sauteing in this pan, if you can avoid it. Butter, coconut oil and vegetable oils like sunflower, avocado (my favorite), grapeseed or peanut oils are better choices. I believe that olive oil tends to leave a residue on the pan when it is heated too high, which is difficult to remove. Also DO NOT use non-stick spray in this pan! It's worse than olive oil and can bind to the ceramic.- Although the coating can stand up to metal utensils, try to avoid using them during cooking. I've found that serving out of the pan with metal spoons or tongs has been fine, but wood, bamboo or silicone should be used for the actual cooking process just to be on the safe side.- Do not heat the pan to hotter than 400F, or a medium to medium-high heat on the burner.- Don't heat up the pan with nothing in it. Always have some oil, butter or water in it while heating.- If you find the pan is becoming difficult to clean or seems to be losing its non-stick properties, try using Le Creuset enamel cleaner. This will restore the surface of the ceramic and remove any baked on residue from oils.- Never put this pan in the dishwasher. Ever! Only hand wash with mild liquid dish soap and a sponge or plastic brush.Following these steps, my pan is still like new after daily use. It really is a high quality pan at an amazing price- you just need to take care of it and use it properly, as you would any specialty pan like an enameled cast iron or Teflon one. Each of them have special care needs and this one isn't any different, but it's definitely worth it for such an excellent, non-toxic pan!

Make a Perfect Omelet Every time !
I Bought this pan about 2 months ago I think. The pictures taken today Sep 25 th it still looks as good as new, Very good quality pan, good coating on the pan and materials overall. Make a perfect omelet , medium eggs as we like every time, nonstick and good size not too small and not too big. Easy to clean. Recommend ! Very well worth the price you’re paying for a good frying pan.

Ceramic coating chipped in 2 months. Not good choice if health conscious.
It was great for the first couple weeks, all the food cooked with minimum oil and without sticking and cleans easily with sponge and water, no soaking was necessary. It was perfect at first. But that did not last. After a few weeks of use, food began to be burnt more and more and generally form a burnt layer that stick to the bottom. I learned to live with this problem by soaking it in water overnight, so not to damage the ceramic coating by scrubbing too hard. But the coating chipped off anyway around 2.5 months It started out as tiny small black specks that I thought was burnt food, but it became clear that they were chipped coating as I can feel the black metal underneath, which was surprising that it was not shinny aluminum as I thought this pot was constructed of, so I suspect the black layer underneath is another layer of material some type.I use silicone utensils, so it is not abused in any way, in fact, the exterior paint is in perfect condition still. It's the ceramic coating that is clearly the weak link here. The slow deterioration is very troublesome for health reasons if you are buying those PFAS-free pots thinking it would be safer, but the deterioration of the non-stick ability suggest there is a change in the chemical makeup of the coating that likely became part of the food, not to mention the ceramic paint chips that I probably ingested. I highly caution other buyers to reconsider before buying this pot.

Non stick function and durability
Greatest pan I ever used. Owned square pan and planning on ordering round wok. Great with induction stove that keeps bottom of pan really clean without scratch and gas residue. Real non stick and light. I learned not to use in high heat right away with any pan for the long lasting effect including with any coated pan including this other than steel pan.

Great Pan If The You Value the Line
First, the product materials feel of decent quality. Not super premium (this is not a $160 pan), but far from a cheap pan you would find at the discount store. It works well, heats fast, and cleans easily in my 6 months of use. That said, you need to treat them responsibly. Hand wash only. Dry immediately after washing. Never use metal utensils (even when serving). I would also caution against using high-heat above medium/medium high. As long as you are responsible, and value the materials used in its construction (or rather those that are not present) it’s a good buy. I wish they sold a complete set with everything they had to offer in this line.
