Q: The details say there's a "Dedicated subwoofer output for use with virtually any powered subwoofer". Where is that connection in the images?

Find an active sub with crossover and stereo output, that will save you the bother of splitting. Sending a signal to each of your monitors and with the crossover set correctly saving stressing the low end of your monitors as your sub will be dealing with it.

Q: How do I connect a subwoofer to this and what sub is going to work with this?

There is a 1/8” 3.5mm headphone jack output for a sub output, but will need to be a powered subwoofer, so any sub which you can plug in RCA cables or a 1/8” 3.5mm jack into will work. I ya the Vibe optisound subwoofer

Q: These are great. but the sound is too low even at max. is there a way to enhance the volume? (sorry i know nothing about speakers)

The speakers work and sound better with an additional speaker attached. At the back there is an output for a subwoofer. When using these speakers, to experience better sound add a subwoofer.

Q: Can you plug it into a tv

Yes if you use RCA audio cable. Ie. Scart to RCA or audio jack to RCA. Depending on your TV output.
