Champion Damen Shock Absorber S5044 Ultimate Run Bra Sport-BH

I love these, I have many. All the straps/bands are nice and wide, they sit well and generally don't dig in, even when you add a few pounds *cough stone cough* and don't change bra to suit. The fabric is satiny, so doesn't hold on to tshirt fabric, and is also quite thick adding I think to the comfort, as well as longevity of use. Keeps jiggling/movement to minimum even when i was a DD i found this one of the best bras around for all my sports: karate, triathlon, mtbing, yoga and rollerderby. I prefer using the run bra to the other sports bras SA offer as it really is a great all rounder. When they get a bit tired I just don't use them for running and keep them for low impact sports (yoga, road biking etc) until fail. They are relatively expensive, but they are well worth the money.

Having lost a lot of weight and some of it on my bust, it was important to me to get a good bra to train in. I bought one of these about 6 months ago and decided to buy a second. It isn't the cheapest for sure, but then, go to debt hams or another store and the same bra is far more expensive. When it comes to bra fitting there is an element that the price is less important. I can run 10k in this and no chaffing, no pain and no squeezing out of the sides or movement that basically would hurt. I think I have found my sports bra and this time ignored all the other bras to find this one. Worth the money?- for sure. Superb adjustment for shoulders, back and secure clipping that are covered at skin contact area to avoid any rubbing.

Holds the girls in place while on treadmill, my normal bra size is 34 so after reading other reviews ordered 36. I should have actually ordered 38 as even though 36 does fit, it’s quite snug. Cup size D (same as normal bra) fits perfect. There is a clasp in the middle of the back which may be hard for some to fasten as it sits in ‘that spot’ between shoulder blades. For the price though, good sports bra.

This shock absorber is comfy, easy to clip on and off at the back and most importantly keeps you in place during your activity. Fits as you would expect, no getting a bigger or smaller size. Washes lovely and I only ever wear these even when not exercising as I have quite a large chest and find these most comfortable and prefer to be held in place, the support is superb. Ladies you cannot beat a shock absorber- they are the best and even though a little pricey, the quality ensures they last!!!

I have had a number of these bras for running and tennis and I do find them good although I am unable to fasten the top fastener myself due to immobility of my shoulders. They are good for a while but each one I have had one of the hooks always bends and then the fastener is never so secure afterwards. Surely there must be a material out there that would be strong enough to prevent this happening? I am a 32 FF so this probably isn't a problem for smaller cup sizes. I don't think I will buy them anymore for this reason.

I am a Fitness Instructor, I teach between 20 and 30 classes a week and so support for the bust is a high priority. I have been wearing Shock Absorber bras since I first started teaching fitness sessions. I find this racer back sports bra the most comfortable of them all, it provides good support if you wear a size smaller - I normally wear a G cup but in the sports range I wear an F. I found Amazon wear selling them at the best price, no doubt I will be buying more. I currently have five ( in differnet colours) They wash well but wearing and washing as often as I do will soon wear them out. This is a good quality product - its a must if you perform high impact activities!

On initial inspection this bra looked great. It is definitely made from.good quality materials, and has been beautifully made.. but all that becomes irrelevant when the ridiculously small size is considered!. I am a 32DD and have never had any sizing problems when buying bras, but there was absoloutly no way I could have fastened this bra without cutting myself in half!. Insult was added to injury when I went to return the £19.99 bra, after paying £6.01 to have it delivered (which was the cheapest postage option) only to discover I would have to pay £6.01 to return the item!. No way was I going to be £12.02 out of pocket for nothing!!. A stern phone call to Amazon soon sorted that out. They agreed to reimburse the postage costs. The one star is for Amazon's eventual admittance of their extortionate postage costs.. not for this ridiculously undersized bra.

#1 - this bra is listed on the site with the wrong size. The stated band size fits fine but the stated cup size is one size down. #2 for women with larger breasts it is vital to have three hooks at the back. This bra only has two.

I was nervous about this bra when it came time for running because all of my other sports bras really mash me in, so there's no question about them being restricted. This bra feels NOTHING like that! It's super light - it really feels like an every day bra. It's super comfy and really soft and smooth. The day after I got my Shock Absorber, I christened it by running a 5K. I was SOOOO pleasantly surprised! This sports bra kept the ladies from bouncing, didn't ride up or bunch up, caused no chafing whatsoever, and prevented the pool of sweat between my breasts that usually happens. All this without giving me a uniboob! I loved it so much, I just bought myself another one. Yes, it's a little expensive. But totally worth it!

Ordered a 32G and while I received the US size instead of the UK size, the overall width of the band was still soo incredibly tight that there is no way it was a 32 anything. I have been professionally measured multiple times by multiple people (including myself) so I know for sure that I am on the loose side of a 32 band. I literally could not do up this bra up the back no matter how hard I tried. I would estimate that the actual size of the 32 band is closer to a 28. All this aside, the quality of the material and stitching seemed awesome so I'm sure I would have loved it if I could actually get it on.
