I have been using the EBL 2300mAh Ni-MH AA Rechargeable Batteries and their accompanying charger for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! These batteries have exceeded my expectations in every way.First off, the capacity is fantastic. Most the negative reviews I’ve read are from people saying they put a freshly charged pair in their “____” (whatever device they were using) and a low battery warning appeared, this usually isn’t because of a low battery but because you hadn’t done your research on how alkaline vs ni-mh vs all the other types of rechargeable batteries work and the variations of voltage/etc they put out. Alkaline typically put out slightly higher if a voltage than ni-mh. We’ll surprise but your device was built and designed with “average use/user” in mind. who typically run their electronics with disposable alkalines. Well, guess what? your devices “low battery” warning appears NOT BECAUSE YOUR BATTERY IS DEAD BUT BECAUSE THESE PUT OUT SLIGHTLY LOWER VOLTAGE even when brand new and at optimal performance. But they will still power your device as normal. So even at a full charge, more sensitive electronics (most items that would have a “low battery” warning) will have a “low battery” warning appear because as alkaline batteries wear out and lose charge the voltage drops over time and that is what triggers a “low battery” warning, but your device still works as normal until it drops below what that device needs to run. So even though these put out a lower voltage, it will be consistently at that voltage over the cycle of that battery (from 100% charge until dead). So most of your devices will typically run as usual, just with a “low battery” warning the entire time. I am by no means an expert on batteries/electronics. but I do like to know and at very least, have an idea how/why things work, as I’m a curious person in general. These batteries have worked great for me over the years, I’ve bought numerous sets and very rarely have an issue under 3-5 years, except on some devices have to deal with a “low battery” warning. Some devices that are very sensitive though (one person mentioned they won’t work in the 1st gen Apple mouse), won’t work at all because the voltage put out is too low and will not work at all, but in my experience is very rare and I personally have not had this be an issue.

It works as advertised. Good value. Was able to charge some batteries my other charger couldn't. Has longer and slower charging speed than my other unit.

Getting eight batteries for the charger for the price point is excellent. Their performance is very good and they last me an entire show. I'm a professional musician on the side and shows are 4 hours plus sound check so they'll ask me at least 6 hours. I use them for both my wireless mic and my wireless guitar. With that being said the reviewers are a bit right they are a little bit bigger than standard AA batteries however because of that it is difficult for it to get into my guitar wireless unit. And then the facing is a bit thin and it is wearing a little bit. I don't see these lasting for more than 2 years but it's better than having to buy batteries for 2 years. Overall very satisfied, we'll see how well they work after a year in regards to the rechargability.

Amazing item truly as I've been using them for my gaming controller non stop they charge quickly and last for a while before needing to be recharged

I bought the charger with 8 AA batteries, and a second set of 8 batteries. For a few weeks everything was great until a set of 8 wouldn’t charge. The charger and a full load of batteries (along with other devices) was plugged in to a power strip all day long, and the lights never turned green! So I ran it straight to the wall receptacle and in about an hour - all green! So once you learn that trick all is happy. Good luck out there🍺

I have a 6 year old and every toy he owns it feels as if it needs a battery. We purchased this to save ourselves financially in purchasing batteries (which are expensive) and the physical waste as well. I love this product because not only does it charge the batteries and they work amazing, but it also has USB ports so you can charge other items off of it too. SO smart and great product!

I have finally got to the point that all the batteries in the house have been swapped over to rechargeable. I bought this, the newest model recharger because it allows you to charge individual batteries instead of having to do pairs. It works great and I still have the old model for a backup. I will continue buying EBL products.
