FINALLY I can recreate the best Salted caramel hot chocolate at home.Tastes 100% just like i bought in store !

Ditto to the previous review.I got these for my kids, who are hot chocolate fanatics. Their reviews have been tepid. They describe it as "watery" even if they limit the amount of water used, and echo the previous reviewer's complaints about the hard marshmallows. They like the Big Train brand MUCH better. Surprising, because the hot chocolate sold at Starbucks is very good - but the mix just doesn't measure up to that standard.

The product itself was probably okay but amazon packs it in a bubble envelope so it came smashed open. Nobody would do anything to help. Ended up having to just pitch it.

One packet was empty

Advertised as a Holiday Assortment of 24. Received a box of 8 same flavor.

I bought these at BJs (a Costco-type place) locally. I LOVE Starbucks hot chocolate so I was looking forward to enjoying them. The fact is that they're just "eh". The marshmallows stay hard, the "salted caramel" pieces never melt, and the plain one doesn't taste much like what you get at the Starbucks store. Yeah, they're edible, but honestly, I think I'll get the Land O'Lakes one [...] next time. Those are pretty darn tasty, use water (instead of milk), and cost less per packet. (The White Cocoa one is a little strange, though. But the rest are good!)
