The wig look just like Napoleon Dynamites hair! It’s done pre-wrapped in a hair net, so it wasn’t matted or tangled at all. Bonus: I didn’t realize the glasses came too. This is definitely such an affordable costume accessory for an 11 year old! You will not be dissatisfied!

Most of the reviews for this product are actually for other products. The wig looks nothing like the picture. It looks horrible actually. I followed the instructions to the letter, label in the back, and no matter what I do, it looks like a blonde bob and not the president’s hair. The product photo hides the part in the hair, which sits on the left side of the head and ruins the look. Also, it’s way too long. If you are buying “The President” product, just know that all the positive reviews are for other products, which may be great, but this one is crap. Quality is fine, not to itchy, just not what was advertised. Update: The company reached out to offer me a refund. That isn’t why I posted the review so I won’t accept. I wore the wig to the party I went to and it served its purpose. I appreciate the good customer service so I changed my review to 4 stars.

Great costume wig

I don’t know if it was opened or not but it looks good. It was missing the wig cap it was supposed to come with but it didn’t bother me. It is well made but can get tangled easily and brushing it no matter how gently pulled out strands. It’s not the cheap type I was expecting so it doesn’t get itchy or leaves a rash but can get a bit warm. The straps to adjust the size works but the wig still moves around so it requires a little extra work to keep in place for long term use. Sadly it doesn’t look anything like the John Wick style it advertised but Antonio Benderas Desperado is pretty much what it looks like. It’s so 1990’s I can use it for anything 90’s style including a Grunge costume. On me it is shoulder length but for others it is probably longer. I even looked like Dracula and it is very black and soft so even touching my skin wouldn’t result in irritation. But it sheds so it would probably last me 3 costumes. If you can get a fake head and put in a glass case the static from plastic will tangle it up. Looking for a good 1990’s wig this is a good one for the price.

My job is having a costume theme on Halloween, and I decided to try the Garth thing. This is supposed to be the wig AND plastic framed glasses. I got the item and there were no glasses frames in the package. The wig is very flat and looks nothing like the pictures, but I'm assuming it requires some "styling" but I don't know yet if it will handle it based on how many strands came out just from trying it on. The work event is in a couple of days so I have to figure out something and have to find some glasses to finish the look since it wasn't in the package.

Ordered this costume for an 80's night party. I received a lot of compliments. Several people failed to recognize me. Very happy with the purchase.

Perfect, be great for a costume idea

This was decent quality and perfect for a fancy dress party based on movie characters. I did have to gaffer tape the glasses onto my normal glasses though. Only a select few guessed that I was Garth (the rest were obviously culturally impoverished) from Waynes world, but the outfit was still well received. The wig was a good fit for me and despite the failure of requests for Bohemian Rhapsody (denied), I was able to do some head banging to Status Quo without any hair falling out. It is essentially a blonde mullet in style so will come in useful for future events.
