What a nice, smooth starter kit to weightloss. I’m on day two and just had my afternoon glass of goji berry. It says to take 30 minutes before meal. I added a bit of honey for the taste. It smells and tastes really good. I like how it has instructions on the box and the back of the tea bags. They come in foil wraps, that’s the best part so I know it’s fresh. You can smell the freshness too. It also has the days all over as well. So excited about this tea!! Good price to start.

I’ve been using this 14-day weight loss tea, and overall, it is effective and of good quality. The flavor is pleasant, and it’s clear that the product is well-made. I’m honestly very impressed with this tea. I’ve already lost about 11 pounds, and I haven’t even finished half of the box yet. I’m not really seeing a big difference in my appearance yet, but I believe it’s mostly water weight, since the tea has a diuretic effect. The results so far have been fantastic. ⚠️ Important note: The instructions say to take it three times a day, but that didn’t work for me. I started having strong intestinal cramps, so I adjusted the dosage — now I take it once a day, sometimes twice at most — and that works much better for my body. Overall, I’m very impressed with the results so far and excited to see how it continues to work! The packaging is absolutely stunning — so elegant and chic that it almost feels like a decoration. Honestly, it’s beautiful enough that you might just want to keep it on display rather than use it! However, the tea itself is quite strong. Even as someone who drinks a lot of coffee daily, taking it three times per day, as recommended, was too intense for me. I experienced stomach discomfort and diarrhea. For this reason, I’m taking it only twice a day, which feels much more manageable. I’ve been using it for about five days now, and it’s working, but I would not recommend the full three times daily. Overall, it’s a great product with beautiful packaging — just be careful with the dosage.

The product arrived quickly, and in the box comes the instructions to be able to prepare it and the days you should use the teas. The bad thing is the bad taste is ugly, I made a little sugar (I don't know if it's the right thing) but it's not to have that ugly taste. The first day of the teas: I followed the instructions that said on the box and I had no problem, I went to do a lot of the bathroom but like diarrhea. (I don't know if it's normal) On day 2 of the teas: more of the same I took them with the indications and went to the bathroom that if to run because I felt that at any moment the diarrhea was going to come out. Day 3 of the teas: super bad, I have a lot of stomach aches and colic’s but I don't know if it's normal to have those symptoms of stomach pain. And I'm thinking of suspending it for 2 days and then resuming it again.
