Use for my autistic daughter who has ARFID ( avoidant restrictive food intake ) brilliant product I just out a little amount in her morning milk and can relax knowing she’s getting the right stuff in her body! Also well worth the money the bottle is big and last a while

I give it 2 stars as I love the amount of ingredients in this product but my 3yr old daughter hates the taste. I put a teeny tiny bit in her home made fruit smoothie but any normal dosage and she will point blank refuse it. And I dont blame her. It really doesn't taste or smell very nice. A real earthy taste. Its hard to disguise. So disappointing as I really hoped I'd be onto a winner with this for my picky eater. Still, a tiny bit is better than nothing I suppose. I won't be buying it again though.

It's made for kids but I also take it myself. Very good for busy mums who want to give the best for their kids. Good value for money. My kids have not fallen ill since I started giving them this product.

I have a fussy eater (medical reason), it has been so hard to get her to eat veggies. I wish I had bought this sooner. Obviously my kids still get fruits and veg throughout the day, but it's less of a battle the fussy one to eat her veg (we once had a battle 'Pea-gate' that lasted hours. It's not worth having battles as everyone loses. She now will eat a few peas thankfully, but she's still not a fan) Now I just put a scoop of this in their after dinner 'dessert' aka yogurt, and both my fussy eater and the toddler happily eat it up. The fussy eater even mixes it in herself, so it's not like it's hidden (not that it is easy to hide because especially in yogurt, it's obvious and turns it a greenish colour. If you were putting it in a pasta sauce it might stay hidden) Thankfully the fussy eater is becoming less fussy, but now thanks to this powder, I don't have to stress about 'is she getting enough veg' because anything else becomes a bonus instead of the minimum.

This has been a great add on as my little one refuses to eat any vegetables. Put it in a syringe mixed with a little bit of juice and he takes it as a vitamin. Very strong taste and quite greinny but beneficial. Like the fact that all's organic and it's got the probiotic too.

Absolutely disgusting. And wont mix properly.

I give this to my 3y.o., mixed with some apple juice. It doesn't mix too well with a spoon (which makes sense as it's organic fruit and veg powders with nothing else added), but I just use a protein shaker and it's fine. With the juice it tastes nice, and the powder is super healthy. Love that there's probiotics in there too.
