Nice as a starter multi outlet pump
Maybe I am jumping the gun but I really like this pump. I have over 10 tanks and wanted a single unit to run them instead of buying more extension cords and relying on single nano pumps for each tank. This unit is heavy and large. Do not think you can get away with placing it anyway because it's footprint is the size of a large dinner plate and the weight has to be at least 10 pounds. The strength dial on top turns easy to either side to control the flow and it responds quickly. The outlets are far enough to accommodate a variety of sizes of nozzles or tube connections. It easily fit the "standard" airline tubing size but also the tiny adapter that comes with those tiny nano air tubing that comes with some nano pumps. The rubber feet help to elevate the pump for air circulation around the unit to keep it cool. Keep your pumps cool and out of direct sun.The downside is that it is loud if you really turn the flow up. I have it connected to six 20 gallon tanks and two 10 gallons and thankfully did not need to worry about the noise - runs perfect without noise. If you need to turn the flow up, there are workarounds to help muffle the noise but that is the tradeoff.Had I known I would suffer from MTS (Multi Tank Syndrome) I would have gladly started with this multi outlet unit. Less spent on extra extension cords, usb power blocks and nano pumps. Save yourself some frustration and money.

DWC beast :)
Quiet. Second pump I’ve purchased. I’m sure it won’t be the last! Last air pump (15l) model lasted nearly three years. I got my moneys worth. Upgraded this time. PERFECT DWC pump. Not over kill and sure as crap not weak. Using with the root spa system .

DWC & RDWC Review
For those looking for a pump for DWC & RDWC, this 6 watt air pump review is for you.DWC super-duper hot pepper grower here.If you are planning on putting each of these 4 lines individually in 5 gal buckets with a 2x4 air stone, it will get the job done… barely. It does not generate enough air pressure to put out across more than 1/3 of a 2x4 stone, tops… which is the go to for most first time DWC shoppers. The pump works well if you put 2-4 standard small air stones on the end of each line. You’ll get way more aeration and not have to move up to a bigger pump. The pump is quiet. If you add it to a tent that has a circulation fan and/or exhaust fan, humidifier or heater, you’ll be able to hear it, but it’s no louder than the equipment you already have running.I kept the pump and threw my big air stones in the bottom of my drawer….. get some cheap small air stones and a set of y-connectors to make a nice air stone array for the bottom of your reservoir and you’ll be set with a rolling boil type aeration across your entire reservoir.

Great bang for your buck air pump
I own this one AND the smaller 7.8L/min Hydrofarm pump, as well as others like Tetra. I'm an aquaponics guy and raise my own tilapia. I've tried a few different pumps out there and so far this brand has been the best value based on two main things: #1) Air flow per dollars spent - This pump puts out GREAT air flow through FOUR separate outlets that don't depend on each other. That's a huge benefit that eliminates having to have a "T" fitting AND two adjustment valves, which can not only slow your air flow but it's a pain in the ass to adjust. #2) Noise - I was very impressed with the low noise on this one which is significantly quieter than the smaller Hydrofarm even though the specs say otherwise. Very impressive, especially for a high volume pump. This one is almost as quiet as a Tetra Whisper pump but 300% more air flow given the equivalently priced Whisper. It also has very little vibration. Extra bonuses include the 4 outlets as mentioned, and adjustable air flow which is really cool. I own a bunch of pumps, including several Whispers like the Whisper 20, Whisper 40, and the larger Tetra 26075 Whisper Air Pump, 150 which even that produces only 2.6 liters/min air flow while this sucker puts out 15 liters/min, although the Whisper is definitely the quietest pump on the market. Even the Whisper 300 only has 4.6 L/min output at three times the price of this one. BOTTOM LINE: This is now my favorite pump out of about 8 pumps that I own. There are other pumps that put out more air flow but they are much more expensive and very loud. There are also more quiet pumps on the market but you would need 2 or 3 of those to put out the same air volume as this one. For the techies out there, specifications on the box says: Power = 6W ; Pressure = >2.319 PSI ; Air Output = 15L/Min ; Noise = <45 dB ; Weight = 3.5 Lbs ; Size = 187mm X 165mm X 95mm (7.3" X 6.5" X 3.75"). Yeah, its HUGE. Comes with a 4 foot cord.

Loud
If you set it anywhere past the middle setting it is extremely loud. Also, if you choose the dual output, there is no way to shut off just the one output; I attached a little section of hose to the other outlet and then crimped it off with a small vice grips pliers.
