Fake MCU
This is a counterfeit part of STM32F103C8T6. I'm ashamed of my fellow Indians who just for such a marginal difference sells such fake products. Complete waste of time. I spent 6hrs trying to debug and program this device untill i found that this can't be programed with any authentic IDE tool.
