2pin 8mm L-Shape LED Strip Connector

I was like some of the others who had trouble at first and thought I could just figure out how to use these. I had trouble opening them. I had trouble inserting my lights and closing the clips. I had trouble making connections and getting all my light to work. Then I went back and looked at the pictures. The clips are easy to open once you see how to open them. The connectors should slide UNDER the little clips and NOT ON TOP of them. I don't know why, but making sure to align the polarity (i.e. plus sign (+) on the clips to plus sign (+) on the light strips) made a difference and my lights ALL worked. They didn't work for me at first, but now I understand.

Our 8 year old received LED strip lights for his room as a Christmas gift. I ordered a 2nd pack of lights but didn’t know how to connect them. I ordered these and they worked perfectly. It took me a couple of tries to figure out how to slide the LED strip under the connectors, but once I figured it out it was so easy.

The clips are a bit of a challenge to get open however they're secure in holding the cable so I imagine it's a good thing to be tough to open. At least the cable isn't going to pull out easily.

They take a bit of trial and error but they do work, just be patient. And be sure to order the correct size there are different types. Check you strips first for the width in mm and the number of contacts.

In theory, they should work. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

No instructions. Getting connectors open was a little tricky but I found some Similar ones online and was able to figure out how to use them. Overall well-made and fit the LED strip lights perfectly.

Pain in the but to get to work if you do get them to work never touch breath or even look at them again they might just decide to stop working. Good luck if you decide to buy these.
