Had it for 2 months now. No complaints really. Set it up with help from my mate. Took us 2 hours. At first we thought the lifting pistons don't work and i tried to push them down with my body weight, but they just didn't budge. I started to get worried as the pistons also did not operate once attached to the bed, but the bed was not fully assembled. I then noticed that the instructions state that it will only work once a mattress is on top and it has enough weight acting on it, plus the actual distance from the front of the bed to the piston helps it operate... sort of like a 'wrench'. Anyway, lots of storage underneath the bed. Very useful. Easy to lift up and close. The backboard is a bit 'unstable'... when leaning against it, it moves quite a lot, sort of feels like the bolts will snap off from the frame... i try not to use it, but also not really a big problem as resting a pillow against it and then just my head does the job for my needs. A really good bed for a really good price. 5/5 P.S. i thought it will be 140cm width, but with the backboard it measures to 160cm+- so i had to rearrange my room and place the bed in the middle of the room instead of the corner like i planned. Must have missed the measurements before buying it.

I simply can't oversell this bed. It arrived 3 days before its earliest expected delivery date. It came in 2 boxes. The majority of the bits were contained within a zip up pouch inside the back of the headboard, a very clever idea, in my opinion. It was so easy to assemble. The material in strong and looks spectacular. Underbed storage is the main reason I purchased it. Mechanism is strong and stable. Plenty of room for storage. Note that you'll have a maximum storage height of 7 inches without affecting the position of the slat frame. I'm a few weeks into sleeping on it. Not one creak, crack, scuff, knock or wobble. Don't hesitate. Just buy this bed now.

Looks good, took a while to put together on my own, couple of bolt holes didnt quite line up but got there with brute force!, PUT THE MATTRESS ON BEFORE USING THE STRUTS, they will not compress otherwise

The bed frame itself is fine I have no qualms with that. I paid an additional £127.50 for their memory foam spring mattress. It is absolutely abismol to say it plainly. It is super thin, the springs dig into your back and the "memory foam" was non existent. I immediately contacted the seller and was very disappointed to find out that they do not allow for refunds as per their policy. They had the audacity to say I could return this at my own cost of £30 but will receive no refund . WHERE DOES THIS MAKE LOGICAL SENSE ? This was a very unsatisfactory response especially considering the steep price for whats feels like sleeping on a spikey sheet of paper. Im very unimpressed with the shop policy and frankly their response in rectifying customer issues leaves you wanting. Overall I would not recommend buying from the seller, save yourself money, hastle and the pain of a horrible sleep and buy from a normal shop that cares about customer satisfaction.
