Actually incredibly helpful for bruises

I had not tried this brand before. They are just as good absolutely as Boiron, my go to brand. I do like it that they are lactose free. I am a massage therapist and a nurse, and I recommend Arnica 200 to all of my clients. It’s just something you should always have around, in your purse, in your car. I used it this morning for a stiff neck after kayaking. I’m better already.
