If you order a doll that bills and ships from Amazon you can be confident it is our product. If it ships directly from China it is not. Look for a professional-looking hang tag and sew-in labels. All of our dolls are manufactured in China, but ship solely from the USA. If you did not order directly from Amazon, it is likely you ordered a doll from a non-licensed counterfeit supplier. Therefore, the doll you ordered has probably NOT been tested for safety and may not be child-safe. We have been working hard to get counterfeit sellers off Amazon.
