Good quality.My husband loves it eats it on his scrambled eggs every day unless we fry the eggs.It was reasonable price for the amount in the jar. I like the glass jar and can use it for homemade salad dressing when we're done with the chillies . Really good deal.!

I have have tried several of the Hatch Valley Green Chiles and this is the best I have tasted. Immediately upon opening the box I could smell the chile and had not even opened the jar. After opening the jar, the smell was intense. I loved the level of heat. I prefer my sauces a little on the warm side and this fit the bill perfect. I did a side by side taste with some others and they paled by comparison. This was recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely recommend it as well.

Had these when I was in Arizona visiting family and fell in love! They are so good and the heat is just right! I came home to Indiana and had to order them! This was a great alternative to the price on their website and their website was out of stock of this size so it worked out great! I would highly recommend with a breakfast burrito!*update - I didn’t realize they have a shelf life of about 2-3 weeks. Not that this is a bad thing, they just started to grow mold faster than I was expecting
