I've been looking for quite a while now for a replacement shower head with a hand held option for my shower. Now that I'm older, it has become a necessity for this type of function in my shower. I wanted something that looked nice, not cheap and that matched my modern, updated bathroom. Previously, the fixture in the shower was an expensive Kohler showerhead, but with no hand held option. That worked fine, I mean, it's a shower right? I never understood the ooo's and aaahhh's people would describe about their shower. Until now. I had my handyman install it so I cannot attest to the installation part, although he said it was easy to do. It looks very expensive in my shower, matches all my other fixtures and is very modern looking. On each head, you can adjust the type of water flow, which I didn't realize until I first used it. I had no idea what I was missing in the shower! The rain head is simply amazing. Its not a pelting feel, but soft and all encompassing. I've never felt so rinsed and clean before - I have wicked curlyand thick hair and this little gem rinsed the shampoo out with ease - not an easy feat let me tell you. The wand is just as wonderful - gets those hard to reach places for us folks with a bit of mobility challenges. And the best part - I can rinse off all the shampoo residue from the marble with ease using the wand. I can't say enough great things about this purchase. No leaks. Easy too use diverter so if you have dexterity issues, it'd be no problem to move it - it swivels with ease. I highly recommend this item to anyone who wants to finally have ooo's and aaahhh's in their own shower! It's just wonderful!

I was not compensated in any way for this review. I was cautiously optimistic about ordering a nameless Chinese plumbing fixture off of Amazon, but was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of this showerhead! It came in a plain white box, but was very well packed for shipping. The quality of the actual fixture is MILES better than anything I've seen from the big brands like Delta and Moen recently, and at a fraction of the price. There's almost no plastic in the entire assembly, and most of the metal appears to be solid brass. The instructions are well-translated with plenty of pictures, and if you're humble enough to follow them, there should be no leaks. I recommend applying some of the provided lubricant to every piece of black rubber in the assembly for best results. Also, be sure to get the surface that the bottom piece sticks to VERY clean and dry. If your shower doesn't have a smooth surface, or if it's scummy enough that you can't really get it clean, you're going to want to use the supplied anchor instead of just the adhesive. I'm 6'3" (190cm), so I often end up living places where the showerhead is so low that I have to "limbo" to wash my hair. This fixture elevated the rain showerhead well above my head, and I found that with a little creative disassembly (using the allen wrench provided), I was able to move the mount for the handheld showerhead to the top part of the assembly so that both of them are high enough for me. It looks amazing, works flawlessly, was easy to install, and has a pleasing range of spray patterns to choose from. Don't waste your time on plastic junk from the big box stores. Buy this thing immediately!

Pros:- Fixed Extension Arm- Solid Metal Parts (I also liked the heft of it)- Height (it is ideal for as close to a true rain showerhead experience that you can have without plumbing it through the ceiling)- Easy Install- Adjustable Height on Sprayer (ideal for shorties like me!)Cons:- Price (caveat is that you’re paying for solid metal, to me it’s worth it)- Medium Pressure (this pretty much true of all rain showerheads, so rethink one if pressure is a deal breaker for you)- Plumbing tape included is junk, use different plumbing tapeI’ve had an issue with my existing rain shower head where the extension arm teeth wore down and the whole head kept falling constantly, so I was looking for a similar product with a fixed arm extension. This extension arm IS fixed and tightened with a screw, so it’s not going anywhere.I thoroughly read all the reviews and I am scratching my head about the one that said it didn’t add enough clearance. Our builder placed our original showerhead at about 6.5’, so the arch of this extension arm pushes the rain head to almost 7.5’, which is perfect for my 6’ 2” partner. I did find it very useful info to use different plumbers tape and I did so, it was wise advice. I wrapped the head and sprayer as well and tightened the hell out of it prevent leaking. So far no issues. Having the adjustable sprayer height and valve for switching between down low is a giant deal for me because I’m the height of an average 5th grader, plus we have to hose off our little one in the morning because they’re still night training.Do buy this if you want a well built rain showerhead to sub in for a regular showerhead and feel confident to swap it out. Especially if you’re a mixed height household or just very tall.

Purchased this unit in Mar 2021 and it exactly solved our problem - a tall person and short person needing to shift daily between a high showerhead and a low shower wand. Diverter valve is at convenient height for both short and tall people. Easy to install. Good instructions. Good build quality. After 3 years of daily use, the diverter valve started to show wear, so that the high showerhead began leaking room room-temp water from yesterday's shower, when the short person tried using warm water from the lower shower wand.I was unsure how to disassemble the diverter, so I contacted the vendor using the chat feature on their website. Despite the long-ended one-year warranty, vendor sent me a new diverter cartridge and very clear instructions to replace the valve. Excellent customer support!
