Awesome product. I really felt improvement from the very first use

I am reviewing this after using whole bottle..so in starting i noticed a lot changes..my dandruff was reduced to half in first 2 washes ( though I didn’t have much flaky scalp)..but then it didn’t affected my scalp and my hair got more frizzier than before even after using conditioner with this..so i am not ordering it again as it doesn’t give much difference now.. 4 star because it did reduce half..but not recommending for long use

I had a serious scalp psoraisis issue which got cleared in less than a week's use. Had no itching right from the first use, clearing of spots took a few days. I had tried multiple other shampoos, took treatment from dermatologists a few times but nothing helped. This shampoo cleared it immediately, and now I have been using it for 3 months and my scalp has been clear. Only drawback is that it really dries up your hair so you need to diligently use some conditioner or serum along with it to balance the effect. Initially I have been using it every alternate day, but now have reduced the frequency one all my symptoms are cleared and is still doing a good job of keeping the scalp clean and itch free. All in all totally its a totally worth product.

They ve changed the composition now. Coal tar was too good. Recent formulation isn't effective. Please get the coal tar back.

As I have received product on may 28th 2025 my bottle not finished half it has shown great results . From day 1 it's started showing results . As I am using shampoo alternate days with warm water for 5 minutes scalp wash . I went for treatment till 1nd half year. I have given a try on neutogena . Great thank you somuch . Amazon n neutrogena . Doctors just they are going there business nothing else . I had antibiotics for 2 months and i got side effects on liver . I am sharing photos before and after.

very bad result for psoriasis and any skin problem

Over 2 years of usage has resulted in S. Dermatitis being controlled well in my scenario. This is a personal experience and should not be generalized. To the best of my efforts, S. Dermatitis cannot be cured but can be managed over a lifetime. Possible Side effects : Mass hairfall during each wash which may expedite hair thinning on the scalp. Luckily my hair keeps growing back with a vengeance whenever the scalp feels healthy.

It's the best I was suffering from the scalp built up from so many years and this helped just need a combination of medicate shampoo One day Neutrogena and next wash medicate shampoo in a monts time is saw difference

works like magic! i had an irritation from a dry shampoo that caused my really bad dandruff for weeks, then my husband told me to use this, after couple times using tgel, the dandruff was gone! warning though, it stinks like chemical, but hey, at least my heads not itchy and causing white big visible flakes that's embarrassing
