Easy to use

I am 70 years old. My skin is plump, smooth and even colour. I use only emma hardie products. I hadn't used this one before but I like how it makes my skin feel and consider it a great addition. So much so that a have purchased it again as the price was so good.

I've heard great things about Emma Hardie products so was excited to try this and decided a good everyday SPF was worth spending a bit extra on... But I've been really disappointed! I found this to be a greasy cream which feels so heavy on my skin. Even under make up left me looking really shiny/oily and also has a strange smell like rotting lemons! Would not buy again or recommend but I was happy to just use it up but today the pump dispenser stopped working! So even though I've not had it that long I can't even use it anymore! Would definitely say avoid this one.

Didn’t expect to like this as much as I do. Bought for the sun protection predominately. Gives a subtle and healthy glow to the skin with or without make up on top. This is now something I use daily and throughout the year.

I love to use "EH Protect & Prime SPF30 50ml". It is sop smooth and somewhat thin. As a primer I can put this under my make-up application with a thin protective layer. It is different in this way more than any like product I have owned. Except a sample of another brand that melted in my car, turning into a thin liquid. I think this works very much like a moisturizer, and you could certainly do that if you like. I will dot this on the areas where sun damage has been plaguing me for many years. As a primer I wil;l put it on my face to make a foundation and concealer do very well. I am 66, and was not supposed to go out in the sun without a product like this. Now that I have this problem I cannot afford to forget this important step. The dermatiologist I saw last week says that even inside my home I will need that. Even with the curtains closed, which is something I never considered. In addition to my largert sunspots, I am developing marks that look as though I have broken out, but they are always there. I have to put a bit of a medium-coverage concealer that is quit moist. I use it only on the spots, and never use heavy foundations. I do not like the pores magnified not that I have started getting an uneven pore look. I will wash off as I do regular makeup. I feel that it is thin enough to dot onto strategic places on my face where I need it the most. Since I have used this I feel like it has to be one of the better products of its kind that I have owned. Versitile, you can use this as you like. The value of this item is quite nice when you consider the price/usefullness. It also has a pretty package for gifting. The bottle is quite attractive, and a solid design, easy to apply, without a hitch. The scent is mild. Lovely! Enjoy!

The Emma Hardie Protect and Prime SFP 30 3-in-1 sunscreen, face primer, softener has a sweet citrus scent that is bright and refreshing. It moisturizes well, and it works very well as a primer. SPF30 is low for Hawaii, but is good enough for most city workers who don't work outside. My wife doesn't normally go for expensive cosmetics, but using this product makes my wife feel like she's using a luxurious product. If you want a premium experience, and don't mind paying $64.99 for 50ml, then this product is a go! Highly recommended!

Works nicely but smells weird. Once it’s in you don’t smell like it …. I dont think lol Doesn’t exactly blur pores but gives a nice dewy look… assuming spf works. Good portio

As a woman with aging skin, SPF and hydration in one step is a skin saver as well as a time saver. When I saw this Protect and Prime available for request on Vine, I requested it and here we are! This review is for: Emma Hardie Protect & Prime SPF 30 | 3-in-1 | Moisturizer, Sunscreen, and Face Primer | Softens Appearance of Pores, Fine Lines, and Wrinkles.. In short, I love this product. I especially love it for summer weekends where I don't wear makeup, or I only wear eye makeup. I can apply this lotion, which goes on smoothly and feels lovely, and know that I am moisturized and that I have at least some protection from the sun. If I end up going swimming, I will apply a stronger SPF or wear a hat, but for daily protection outside, this works perfectly! This can also be used as a primer underneath your makeup. I found that this type of usage didn't work well for me. It could be because it's so darn hot outside, but with this on first, my foundation almost seems to slip off, if that makes any sense. It could be that the two products just don't work well together, which isn't this product's fault, or it could just be something with my skin type. I do find that my facial skin is super moisturized and it seems that the few lines I have are a bit less deep, and less noticeable. This is always a good thing! The only issue I have with all the Emma Hardie products I've tried is their price. Even though I do love this product, the price is prohibitive and I likely will not be able to afford it again. In the meantime though, I will use the rest of this up and see if it works better as a primer for me in the cooler fall months. If I have anything more to report, I will come back and update this review.
