Most of these that you actually order usually are water and fragrance oil. But this is the real thing it's actually an oil you can smell the ginger so yeah I would buy again definitely.

Not happy. It appears to be nothing but water in a fancy bottle.

I tried the Andrea Hair Growth and since it was a small bottle I used it up already, so I am sure that I would have to purchase another bottle so that I can see if my hair is growing so it is too soon to tell
