I bought this item as I have a very tiny dog and I'd like to be able to take him on walks without worrying about a hawk swooping in and carrying him off. For around $45 I expected a full vest with attachments. Instead I got a singular pad of synthetic cloth, minor padding inside and velcro. The title and description are very misleading and you have to read them very carefully. This is a total rip off and I'd give negative stars if I could.
