I love this massage headrest. It's so easy to put together. It feels really stable and supportive. It comes in three pieces. You get the two metal parts, where one slides into the other and you just tighten the screw-in knobs. There are three levers. The two on the vertical axis adjust the height. It can adjust to fit up to 17" mattresses. The single lever on the side allows for adjustment of the angle of the headrest. You get one headrest memory foam pillow and two interchangeable covers in pink and green. The covers have smoothly functioning zippers that make them easy to remove, and easy to wash clean. The headrest is very comfortable whether lying face down for a massage, or face up for sleep or resting. The pillow covers are a soft fabric that doesn't stick to the skin. They are constructed and sewn well, with no loose threads. It comes with instructions and is easy to assemble, only taking a few minutes and doesn't require the use of tools. When assembled, it slides easily under the mattress and feels very solid. It doesn't slip or slide around. This is a convenient tool for relaxing at home.

This headrest is very easy to use and feels great once it’s set up. The face cushion is ultra-soft and doesn’t feel restrictive at all. It comes with two interchangeable cushion covers—one green and one pink—which is a nice touch. I really like the wide range of height and angle adjustments, making it easy to fit our mattress perfectly. It’s lightweight yet still feels sturdy and supportive. Overall, it’s comfortable enough for regular use and well worth the price.
