Cross Fountain Pen - AT0116-14MS (Black_Free Size)

I got this after a lot of thought. The price was alright and everything seemed properly packed, filled the best ink available and the pen refuses to write. It writes for a bit and then you have to shake the pen a few times and you can write a bit more. As it passes the return time, i wrote to cross to no much avail. Took the pen to Williampen in Bangalore and they services it, but the problem persists . It's shuch a shame and what a total waste of money. It's deeply disappointing and as a client i feel cheated. Shame on shoppers stop and cross for putting up defective pens on sale. ₹4000/- is not a small amount of money to squander away, but i am stuck with this i guess

Loved the price range for this pen and was looking forward to getting back to some neat writing. However the nib is rough on the upper stroke and seems like it is slightly bent or out of sync, making it a very scratchy experience. For a branded pen like this, you would expect flawless performance but was left disappointed.
