This product is uncomfortable it falls off my ears. The recipients can not hear me they say I sound muffled.These earphones cut off by themselves even when battery at 95 percent. Do not waste your money. Returning right now!!!

Flawless Translation for Passive Listening, but Poor Instructions
I was skeptical when I opened the box due to the instructions being mostly in Chinese, which was frustrating for a translation product. You'd expect better English translation in the manual for a low-cost item like this. I had trouble finding the binding code to pair the earbuds, but it was in a second manual hidden under the plastic insert. Figuring out how to wear them was tricky, but once set up, they worked well. I needed these to passively listen to Spanish church services or one-way communication in a large room and have it translated to English without pressing buttons or managing my phone. I tested them with a Spanish YouTube video, and the translation was flawless. The sound quality was good, and battery life wasn't an issue since I only need them for about an hour at a time. Overall, they meet my needs perfectly, despite the setup challenges.
