This compression sleeve runs a bit large. I was close to the upper range of the Small measurements so I got a Medium. I could have gotten the Small and been happy with the fit. No complaints. It works well so I'm satisfied. It is comfortable. This comes as a pair. It is well made, not bulky. It is easy to put on and take off. It provides adequate support for a sprained knee. It holds heat for soothing relief but is breathable so you don't sweat underneath. The silicon grip at the top works very well. It keeps the sleeve in place. It doesn't ride up or bunch up behind the knee.

I really like this knee sleeve after trying a much more expensive one that didn’t help. I wasn’t sure of what size to get but the large is perfect and fits even better after washing it. It gives knee support and compression for walking, hiking, biking and other activities. I highly recommend it.

The product itself is great. Very supportive and effective in easing the pain. The problem is the sizing. I measured a 17 so I ordered the medium and it is so tight around the upper part of my knee that my thigh creases over it a little which makes it uncomfortable above my knee after a couple of hours of use.

I got this in the mail a couple of days ago, I wore it on my rest day because my knee pain was higher than usual due to over doing it on my workout the day before. The pain was under control within minutes. I wore it on my workout day the next day and it was great while running and doing calisthenics! I give this brace a 10/10. It doesn't slip, it's comfortable and provides great support. Great for the price too!

My teenage son is a baseball player, plays mostly catcher. He was diagnosed with Osgood-Schlatter (for those who need to immediately Google this…it’s a common knee pain young athletes who are still growing get from overuse that causes swelling in the knee joint). We have tried several different knee braces but they limited his flexibility and were uncomfortable. BUT THESE HAVE BEEN A GAME CHANGER! He can wear these during a game and has no issues with them restricting his movements. After catching two games this past weekend, his knees didn’t hurt at all 🙌🏻 he says they are super comfortable and fit perfectly. I’m just glad we found something that worked.

Fits right and after using it for a week I can say that the support is the better than the others that I have used before. I like that it stays in place and is supportive but also flexible. Good product.

These knee braces are nice. Stay in place and comfortable. My only negative is on the sizing...I ordered the small since my above the knee measurement was at the top of the sizing...was concerned that the medium would not have enough compression. Turns out the small was way too tight causing my ankle and foot to swell. And I did not like that they did not have me send back the small I was returning...but thankful they gave me a full refund.

Very (IN)Frequent reviewer here so in my experience/opinion; these were Absolutely worth my time to write a great review for these knee braces (pair). I unfortunately and painstakingly suffer from severe Gout and let me tell you something.. I have not had something work so well and freaking RELIEVE my aching lower extremities since i discovered my flowing ice water machine brace! (used to assist in reducing swelling mainly after knee trauma/surgery). I have pretty decently big(round) thighs and I got the large and the fit is perfect. not circulation cuttingly tight or annoyingly too loose. MOST DEF would reccomned to my fellow Sufferers of this god forsaken uncurable Joint Disease (Gout or anything to do with achy knees :( ). A++
