This coarse Celtic sea salt contains a plethora of minerals and has NO iodine taste. Barbara O’Neill suggests its use (although she does not specifically name this brand). It’s high quality, however, is its own endorsement. The granules are a light grey because it is natural, not bleached. The color reflects its high mineral content. The granules are chunky, but melt into your food. I use this salt exclusively and it goes a long way.

Best value and great product. I not only use it in my grinder but I use it to restore minerals. Great for hydration and the taste is great.

Reliable, I've been reordering, I recommend this authentic sea salt. I also grind a couple of tablespoons in a mortar & pestle to refine the size of grains for sprinkling on dishes and salads.

The salt is good with good taste and nice crystals. Rate only 4 because the salt in the plastic bag is humid. Maybe they should put in the silica smal containers that are in vitamins containers to solve the problem. Second, thing is that on the bag do not write all the details like on the Amazon website? No 82 minerals and what they are? The bag is like any regular bag of sea salt. How do I know that what Amazon site say is true or the salt is true? It could be just regularr sea salt? Who can confirm that the salt has the 82 vitamins, minerals? Hope that the seller/manufacturer see this and confirm that it is not just regular sea salt? I know some mountain and cave of sea salt which taste the same but I do not know how many vitamins, minerals are in that salt? Should not be certified the salt so we can get the right? I can get the same tasting sea salt for $ 1 or free if I go there to get it myself. By the way people are swimming there in a small lake made of salt and it is very therapeutic.

I have been ordering this product for a long time now. Since in my area no store sells this, I have to order it from Amazon, but the amount and the price are totally worth it. For those who don't really know about the health benefits of Celtic salt, here are some, just to name a few: Its health benefits stem from its mineral content, including electrolytes that can aid hydration and muscle function, and trace minerals that may support digestion and bone health. It can also be beneficial for skin health when used topically and may support respiratory health in certain applications, such as gargling with salt water. The size of the salt in this bag is coarse, but I personally use a mortar and pestle to make it fine. Firstly, I pour the entire bag onto a pan and put it in the oven at like 275° for about 15 minutes just to get the salt dry since naturally it comes with a lot of moisture. Then it is easier to break down and put into a grinder. The taste as well is pretty salty with even just putting a small amount on your fingertip, so you can use it in light moderation, and it goes a long way. This bag should last you a minute.

The salt was moist. Had to dry it on a paper towel. Also very coarse, but easy to grind in electric grinder. Has a good taste.

This salt has a lovely texture and a really clean taste. It feels much more natural compared to standard table salt and adds a nice depth of flavour when cooking. I’ve used it on roasted veg, meats and even sprinkled a little on salad and it makes a big difference. The crystals are quite coarse so you either need a grinder or to crush them a little before using, but that’s not a bad thing as it keeps the flavour intact. Overall, it feels like a healthier, higher quality option and the bag size lasts ages.
