The app wont alow you to create an account. the instructions are incomplete. but i feel im pretty good with tech. i can connect to it but with out the app working there are no controles. Fix the app and you may have something! will be returning it as soon as we can

This is a great little camera for the price and also comes with a nice collar so you can keep the camera attached & just put it on the dog when you want to video. Be sure to use the zip ties included with the product to secure it. The instructions are impossible to figure out, so I sent my questions to the manufacturer and Jason very promptly responded. Here's what you do: (1) Be sure to purchase a micro SD card. (2) Charge the unit on your computer overnight. (3) When you plug it into the computer, it should recognize it as a storage device when the card is in. (4) Remove the cable from your computer & press the on/off button for 2 seconds till the screen lights up blue. (5) Reconnect the cable to your computer & you should see the two txt files--one to enter your phone number and the other to enter the time & date. (6) Remove the cable from your computer after editing the above & press the on/off button for 2 seconds. You should see your phone number on the screen. (7) For video mode, press the V button. It will show a "3". If you press it again, it will show a 4, then 5, etc. If you set it for "3" (for example), the camera will record every 3 minutes & will take a 2 minute video. It will then stop recording and wait 3 minutes, at which time it will begin recording again. If you want a longer wait, just change the 3 to 5 or 10 or whatever. (For photos, press the P button) (8) After you have set the time you want, click the "Start" button and it will begin the first recording. Check for a blinking red light on the front to make sure it's recording. (9) When the pup returns, plug the camera into the computer & open the Video/Photo folders to see the recordings. I had to download software (VLC Media Player) which works great. Just right click on the video, open with - VLC media player - and watch what fun your dog has when he's on the run. Bottom line is, for the money, this is a decent product and lots of fun, just don't try to figure out the enclosed instructions.

It's too large for our cat to wear but if she was bigger it would be fine for what we wanted.

Instructions are terrible. Appreciate the person that wrote instructions in his review. Otherwise, would have been next to impossible to use with instructions provided by the seller. Card I bought holds 4 short videos. Quality was fair to poor. Quit working after the 4th attempt. Computer will not recognize device now. Would not purchase.

Works great!! Came with a TF(mini SD) Card, followed the directions and now I can see the world from my dog's point of view...makes me laugh and laugh the more I look a the pictures and videos! Forgot to set the date so ignore that part, have updated the date file now! Can't wait to find out where my tiny dog has been finding forbidden food on his daily outings without me!

Poorly made device. After charging the device overnight I tried to insert memory card. It would not fit in easily. Finally after my wife fiddled with it, we were able to get it in. I have tried using it multiple times without success. Despite saying that it is working, nothing ever appears on the memory card., Not worth your time or money.

It doesn’t record to the sd card. It records well if I keep it on my home network but I can’t ley my cat roam with it because when it leaves my wifi network there are no instructions to let it start recording to the sd card. I will just attach it to my doorbell and use it as a door cam so I will have not waisted my money.

Product is garbage. Total rip off. Would not pair to phone. Wasted an hour and a half of my life I’ll never get back over this POS product. I’m about to go smash it with a hammer. Something we thought was going to bring us great joy ruined our weekend. BUYER BEWARE! GARBAGE PRODUCT! DO NOT BUY!
