Q: How can it have Vit C when it is not in the ingredients nor the nutrition label?

You are correct that Vitamin C is not listed in the ingredients. However, in the description it says that it contains 100% of your daily dose of Vitamin C. This is confusing and possibly contradictory.

Q: Are they deliberately leaving out how much this makes? 24 servings means nothing if you don't define what a serving is.

It says makes 24 - 8 FL OZ glasses on the front of container (bottom left to the right of the number 24). I just took a look at the container. I did not buy this to drink as a beverage. I bought it to add to my homemade buttercream frosting to make it orange buttercream. If you happen to be a baker, you don't have to add much, it has a very intense concentrated flavor and it adds a nice orange color to the frosting. Much better taste and color versus using orange juice. I also used it to make a copycat version of hostess orange cupcakes. They came out really good.

Because it does not have any Vitamin C. Vitamin C would have greatly increased the volume.
