1602 LCD Board Keypad Shield Blue Backlight for Arduino Robot

I got Used piece, with scratches on the display. Also, it is not working, so I have requested replacement. I will further edit this review upon replacement.

Good Product. Packaging was very good. But this product I bought previously with 194rs. , while purchasing 2nd time it became 294rs...!Quality was good. No more worring for connection and diagrams while using LCD with arduino.It uses D4 to D7 as data pins DB4 to DB7 of LCD. and D8 and D9 as RS and Enable pin consecutively. Has on chip reset pin and 5 selector switches connected to A0 pin having corresponding analog values for each switch.

3 star because it took half of my day to figure the pinout and 1 star because no led backlight. There is fault in circuit connection for which the backlight is not glowing. I ordered 2 qty. At a time and both were with faulty connection. Was thinking of replacing but since the problem was in board itself there was no point of replacing. Worked finally but with a lot of wasted time. Shame on you manufacturer.

I ordered 13jan2017 I got on 17jan2017 after uploading sample code nothing coming on screen.first ,i thought i received faulty shield but i want conform before return i adjusted POT though it take much time finally i got display on blue screen white letters.POT adjustment problem no other problems its working fine.

Best for basic projects.POT adjustment needed. Rotate to right till you see white letters coming.
