Good Price.
I've had a hard time finding filters for my hood range in stores and am VERY happy to find some on Amazon. Plus, it's almost more than 50% off what I paid in stores last time I bought it (OSH). I even bought a second back-up set in case this is no longer stocked as my range is older and I imagine the filters might go away someday.Utility-wise, I can say so far it works like the filters normally do. I've only put it in for a month, so no real idea as to whether this filter works better or worse than the ones I buy at OSH.

Perfect fit. Bought a new Broan Hood and it did not come with filters. I was ready before it was delivered. It needed light bulbs also. Those simple things should have been included with the hood.(read manuals before purchasing anything) If I didn't buy them ahead of time the hood would not have been able to be used or tested the first day it was installed.

Seems to do the job
They seem a bit flimsy and were just a tad touchy to install, but they seem to work just fine. Definitely worth it.

Caution, package contain 2 pieces, not one
Use on Kenmore 36" range hood vent above aluminum filter to prevent oil build up on exhausting venting duct line tubing.

I was given the wrong item. amazon sent replacement
wrong size. amazon sent a replacement and the replacement is fine. these filters are decent if you have to use an in home duct rather then send the air out of your home. If you fry a lot and use this it needs to be replaced in less then 60 days. if you don't fry much this can last up to a year.

does not fit qs1 model! pay attention to size ...
does not fit qs1 model! pay attention to size listed, not model number! I had to tear the things apart and use just the carbon part,which was the correct width but too long.

These are exactly the right replacement filters for my Broan range hood and they popped right in.

If not for the shipping damage
The filters I purchased seem to work really well. However when I received them they were dented and bent. It was an easy fix to bend them back and I don't really care about the dent as the cover hides it. Overall the filters work really well and seem to eliminate smells from the kitchen when cooking.
