Corsair makes excellent RAM, and it almost always is compatible with any build I make. Got this for a new i9 9900K build because I wanted some very fast RAM. Love it and its working perfectly. XMP runs it at 3600 MHz on my MSI MEG ACE Z390 board.

It's been almost 2 years since I got those, and I can say that this is a great set of RAM sticks. Also, UserBenchMark absolutely agrees with me and the tests show an extraordinary performance. Just a side note that for AMD/Ryzen (like in my case) you will need CMK16GX4M2Z3600C18 part number, not CMK16GX4M2D3600C18 ('Z' vs 'D' in the middle)

Pretty outstanding value considering it was almost double the price 3 months ago ram is an extremely good value these days. This particular set work exactly as advertised running at 3600 no problems on an AMD X2700 with an MSI x470 gaming m7 motherboard.. take note the cas level on this memory is actually 18 and not 16 but is still blowing the doors off my old Corsair Platinum 3000.

Great RAM for gaming, but this does not have the LEDs. I didn't want them, as my computer is in the bedroom and my wife would not like my computer case lit up like an arcade, but if you are one that does like that, Corsair has more expensive versions that do can do RGB.

I already own a set of these and wanted to add more. The first set I received and installed... And the motherboard wouldn't even post. With only 1 at a time I ran memory diagnostics and verified that they were bad, but with Amazon's return policy I had a replacement in a couple days that works great.

Had compatibility issues with my motherboard. Installed this set and all issues are gone

This review is for the Corsair CMK16GX4M2Z3600C18. I purchased 2 x 8gb sticks (16gb total). It works well with the Asus Crosshair VIII Dark Hero motherboard and the AMD 5900X CPU. Plugged it in and loaded the D.O.C.P Profile in the motherboard BIOS and it has performed as it should ever since. Nothing fancy to look at but I don't care for the LED lighting and it works out a lot cheaper than RAM with the fancy frills.

I wanted to double the amount of RAM I had in my PC, so I purchased these at a pretty good price to get 2x 8GB sticks (16GB), so now I have 32GB rather than just 16GB and I'm using all 4 slots in my motherboard. They're of a small form factor so will fit under most if not all CPU coolers, they're sleek black with the VENGENCE logo in yellow. Super easy to install, just like every other RAM stick out there. As with Corsair branding, you expect high build quality and good performance and these don't disappoint.

Very good ram sticks. Took quite a bit of force to lock. I thought I had them pushed in all the way but when I went to double check I realized they were not fully locked in. That's when I used a lot more force to properly seat and lock in the ram modules. Other than that, was a plug and play part. It worked, had to set the rated speeds (3600mhz) in the bios as it defaulted to 2666mhz. Good ram would buy again.
