Excellent product!

I started using the Designs For Health bovine-sourced whole body collagen 2 years ago, after 1st Dexa scan result was Osteoporosis. I increased exercise, improved the diet and take D3 and K2 daily. Had 2 year follow-up Dexa recently. No significant change in bone density, but that is a win for me over getting worse, bc I refused to go on Osteoporosis drugs that could cause jaw problems or fractures down the line. I also have allergies to several medications, and if I were to go on a drug and have to stop it, that would be worse for the bones. Yes, this collagen is expensive, but with it, & proper diet & exercise, I'm feeling strong, without drugs. Trail walking, several fast-walking 5ks a year energize me. My friend, whom I hadn't seen in several years, just the other day commented on how smooth my face looked (no makeup either). My hair & nails are healthier, imho. The collagen is odorless, tasteless & I stir half to 3/4 scoop into 1 cup (8 oz.) of unsweetened coconut yogurt, along with 1 full scoop of vanilla Orgain Simple protein powder and some pre-ground flaxseed, for the Omega 3s. I add in a handful of pepitas (store brand pumpkin seeds), a handful of nuts sometimes, then stir in a little cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin spice, ginger, and a few freshly-thawed blueberries and or strawberries (quickly thawed in microwave). 'Sounds like a lot of prep, but it's really quick and easy! Then I walk or do yardwork, whatever I want to do, for my body to get the most out of the collagen and protein powders. Yes, I definitely recommend this product, although it is very expensive for me to buy. Osteoporosis drugs are not for me. This collagen was recommended (over the popular one I see at our wholesale club) by my endocrinologist for bone density strength. It's pricey but I was able to get it at a lower price on Prime days. I'm using a half dose because I'm on the smaller size and hope I'm getting adequate benefit from it. I like that it's tasteless and dissolves easily.

I have used a lot of different collagens over the years and I saw someone on IG talk about this collagen and how great it was especially for your hair. I ordered a canister and I wasn't even all the way through it when I went to my stylist for a trim and she asked what in the world has happened to my hair! It had grown so much in the 7 weeks since I had seen her and she was amazed at the growth and thickness. I wasn't sure I had noticed that much of a difference until I went to get my hair trimmed. I will keep using it even though I do think it is a bit pricey. I did get the subscription to save a little money.

Really good quality highly recommend

I love this collagen because makes my joints happy , especially my knees , they was the biggest complainers and now it's time for me to fly like a teenager do !! I walk a lot because I like it so I had to search for something to relief my knees and making me feel good even after long walks . Before I was using another collagen with not so good results but once I came across this one , there's no coming back !!
