These are very simple, easy to use and compact. Mostly metal minus the plastic cover. I was under the impression us humans would not be able to really hear the whistle, but you definitely can. Dogs probably hear it much louder but does still seem much louder than I anticipated. Dog DID react to this but not in a super negative or dramatic way. I will have to look at the directions to adjust the pitch, so be mindful of that and cautiously/gently test this on your dog.

Whistles do not work! Very disappointing.

Product appears very well made and I loved them. Only problem is that one of the whistles does not work and does not make a sound.. so I paid double the cost for one unless the vendor replaces it. I hate to ask that on such a small order.

I have a large yard. When I blow it, Jagger looks at me then begins walking toward me. It works.

Doesn't really work. My dog was only mildly reactive, so it doesn't serve it's purpose for me.

My dog comes running from 200 meters away! This whistle has improved our outdoor training sessions immensely.
