I've had ear ringing/clogging since 2020 and have had a head scan, blood work done, tons of over the counter (tried all the store bought) allergy medicine and even had a doctor prescribe me Flonase (SMH). My mom recommended me this and this has reduced the ear ringing and pressure (due to fluid in my ear), even while I had a cold. Be mindful of the "purpose" of the product. It does clear the nasal passages, but it doesn't HEAL and relieve congestion. You must make lifestyle choices to accommodate yourself and your love ones sinuses. This means exposure to pet hair/animals, mucus enabling foods, toxic foods and things we use in our hair and outside of our bodies. I use products that are marketed for children for my own sensitivity and to experience what my own children will be experiencing while using the product.

I love this nose spray! My son has a lot of ear infections and severe allergies that clog is nose. A few sprays clears his passages and reduces the pressure in his ears. It’s much needed when he’s up late at night dealing with ear pain and trying to go back to sleep. I should also note I’ve accidentally sprayed some in his eye once. Thankfully he just wiped it off and went on with life. It didn’t cause him pain or irritation. You really can’t beat this product.

It definitely sprays hard. My 6 year complained it was too much, and when I tried it, it did burn for a second. However, it is effective of unclogging nasal passages, but doesn’t clear deep sinus congestion

I purchased this based on the reviews. My son was having a really hard time adjusting to the pollen during the seasonal change. He would be fine during the day but as soon as he had to go to bed he couldn't breath and was so frustrated from the loss of sleep and not being able to find relief. So I went hunting for such a product. There really isn't very much out there for kids to use. Regular saline wasn't working or the other products we had been using. I thought a mixture of different types of salt would be the combo he needed. Well, my son did not like this product at all because it stung when he used it the first time. So I couldn't blame him for not wanting to use it again. I was able to find something that does work for him and he takes it daily and administers it himself. I am still giving this product five stars even though it didn't work for my son for two reasons. It worked for me when I have used it. I used to have chronic nasal infections but not any more. So when I had a nasal infection recently I decided to use this and it brought relief for me quickly. Which is something, because we all know what a pain sinus infections can be. The second reason is I was impressed by the customer service. I received a letter from the developer of this product checking up on my purchase and my experience. That was a great personal touch and not common in this day in age. I would recommend this product to kids and adults. I think my sons condition had gone on for two long and his nasal cavity was raw. He has used saline solution since he was an infant so it was nothing new to him. If I was able to have this before it reached that point, he would have had no problem using it. Get it now so you have it before you need it.

Ordered this product for our flight for our 3 year old a few weeks before he got tubes. The spray works better than having nothing but he still complained of pressure. Not a miracle spray but can definitely help you in you are traveling with a sensitive little!
