PERFECT For Post-Breast Reduction
This was the perfect post surgery bra after my breast reduction. My surgeon loved it too! The compression bra I was sent home in was scratchy to me so I needed something else. This bra is SO soft and comfortable and literally has all the necessary features for reduction recovery. Straps that detach, hook and eye closures with 3 levels of tightness (so you can adjust the fit as you heal and deal with swelling ups and downs), moisture resistant (stays dry when you sweat), and the band around your rib cage is designed to sit lower so it does not rub up against your incisions under your breasts. In fact, the bra has a little extra cushioning in the area under your breasts as well as the area on your sides where your side incisions are. I bought 2 of these and I wear them comfortably to sleep as well as during the day. Highly recommend. For sizing, I’d order up a size. It’s adjustable and after surgery you would rather it be on the larger side than the smaller side since you will be pretty swollen for a while. I was reduced to a 38 C/36 D cup and I bought the XL and it fit great. For the price, this is top notch. Also the bra is infused with vitamin E to soothe your skin while wearing it! *would not recommend as a high I pant sports bra* would work for low impact, but not high impact.

Five days post bilateral lumpectomy
5 days ago I had a bilateral lumpectomy, two masses - one malignant and one intraductal papilloma - removed from my chest. The bra the hospital sent me home with was great, except they only sent me with one. I have to have a specific kind of support and tightness for 7 days, all day and all night, but something that is still *just* stretchy enough to leave room to comfortably hold ice packs for a week straight, and as needed after. I also needed something that opened at the front, as well as at the shoulders because I can't quite lift my arms above my head yet, and my range of motion is limited. This bra checks all of those boxes and the padding only being on the side and very minimal is really comfortable.I am 5'2" and 108lbs,and roughly a 32B, with not a lot of beeast tissue at the top on my sternum, and very very thin. I ordered a size small, and am comfortably wearing it on the loosest setting on the clips, and the second tightest setting on the straps to leave room for the ice packs. I feel supported, and it's just snug enough to feel like I'm held and stabilized, without feeling constricted. All of the material is soft, with a good amount of stretch and hold. The one thing I can tell is that with prolonged wear, the cup areas will likely give out. But im not too concerned with prolonged wear, I just need a few weeks of recovery time. This met my needs exactly, is very comfortable, and is helping this whole surgery and cancer recovery experience much more tolerable already, and I've only had it for a day.Absolute 5 stars! I'll add some pictures when I feel a little better to be up and about.

Broken clasp after first wash
Love the compression and added support/comfort after surgery, but after the first wash (following instructions and using a garment bag) the top clasp was broken off after removing from washing machine.

Very comfortable
Purchased to wear after a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction. This is the 3rd compression bra I’ve tried and it’s been the only one with adjustable straps. It fits just right and the band on the bottom doesn’t roll after wearing it for a while. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the straps are difficult to adjust and have a weird, very wide, thick, round shape where they adjust that’s wider than the rest of the straps. This piece of the strap doesn’t lay flat if you adjust the strap to the shortest setting and digs into my shoulder joint.Even so, it’s the most comfortable compression bra I’ve tried.

Great post surgical bra!!
Had a breast augmentation with lift. This bra was better than the one the doctor gave me. The material is soft and didn’t have many seams. The seams on the sports bra that the doctor gave me was itchy. The band also came down past my incisions so they didn’t touch. This post op bra made recovery much more tolerable. Feels like you’re not wearing anything but still compresses to hold the breasts in place. I looked for one that was a little low cut so I can wear my nice clothes to work and no one would notice I was wearing a compression bra. TIPS: adjust the strap hooks before you put it on. Another reviewer said hook the bottom hooks wider than the top hooks so it’s wider where you need it. So my top three hooks are tighter and the bottom three hooks are one setting larger. Game changer! Recommend this bra post surgery!
