What's actual inside & outside diameter of the gasket? (not what model they fit. i'm not replacing a part; i'm using them for an art project.)

Outer most ring is approximately 3 1/4 inches...inside straight edge is 3 inches. Hard to measure as mine have been stored in a slanted position

Can you get o rings for 34oz bubba cup

I don't believe you can. I have both a 52 oz and 34 oz Bubba mugs. I have only been able to find the 52 oz replacement seals. I suggest you contact Bubba directly, as I believe they will replace the whole cap since the seals are not available. Don't know which 34 oz you have. All I see are the 34 oz travel mugs. I have the old 34 oz mugs that looks like the 52 oz.
