Great product, but check the measurements, it is rather tall.
I’ve only had this product for about a week, so I can’t comment on how reliable it is over the long term. As far as this short experience, so far I’ve been able to test both sides to bring a bottle of red to slightly more chilled temperature, as well as to preserve a bottle of wine as I was working through it this week, about a glass at a time. So far it has worked great. It was very easy to install out of the box, all you do is pull it out of the box, plug in, and you are set. One comment though, make sure you measure the space between cabinets and counters, if you intend to keep it under your cabinets. It is relatively tall, and unlike (kind of) advertised in the description, it did not fit under my cabinets. With that being said, it is still a great product, I simply put it inside my pantry. Overall it looks nice enough to be somewhere out on a counter, pantry just worked better for me. It does make noise from time to time as it keeps the wine chilled, but overall it it pretty quiet. I think it is a great product, and I wish they came up with a version that is slightly more compact and also not made out of plastic, sometime in a future. With that being said, it is a great product, and particularly it is a perfect solution for smaller spaces, where a full wine chiller would be hard to add. I do recommend it.

Improved design over the SoWine unit
EuroCave's first dual zone wine preserver and chiller was named SoWine. This Wine Art model is much improved.1. The seal to the bottle opening is more reliable. The SoWine had problems sealing to the bottle to prevent air leaking back in after it was pumped out. Often it was necessary to reposition the bottle several times to get a good seal and in some cases a good seal was not possible due to small imperfections in the glass surrounding the top of the bottle. This unit uses a more flexible material in contact with the bottle top that is able to create a good seal even if the glass surface is less than perfectly smooth.2. The pump that removes air from the bottles is much quieter than the one used in the SoWine unit. The SoWine pump was loud enough to be irritating but this one sounds as if they added a muffler of some kind internal to the unit.3. The 12 volt DC power supply that comes with the Wine Art unit looks like it's better quality than the one that came with the SoWine but it's hard to know for sure how reliable it is. The one that came with the SoWine failed but that could have been due to a power surge. I replaced it with a much higher quality power supply that has never failed. It's still too early to tell how reliable the cooling system is on the Wine Art. The SoWine cooling system worked well initially but within a year was no longer able to cool whites down to the recommended temperature and could barely get reds down below 70 degrees even on the whites setting. The vacuum system on the SoWine continued to work for many years even though the cooling system was no longer effective. Out of the box I measured the cooling performance of the Wine Art for both the red and white settings and both temperatures were correct. It's nearly perfect although it's too early to know if the cooling system performance will prove reliable over the longer term.

defective - no support
this unit didn't work from day 1, the instructions were so simple they weren't helpful at all, tried calling and emailing support, never got a response, stuck with the unit

Better than the previous version
Holds vacuum better than previous model but the cooling unit is a bit noisy.

Brand is not eurocave.
Came with a different brand name. Not sure if it’s a euro cave knock off.

Replaced the same unit after 8 years of service!
Works exactly as stated. I have owned one for 8 years and it started to die out thus I replaced it immediately. Keeps wine fresh for at least 2 weeks after opening if it last that long! You won't be disappointed.

Great drinking temp to subdue alcohol improve flavor
Read Negative review but choose for two reason temperature control after opening seem like as good a preservative as any do not have to buy gas cartridge Three day after opening a cab I felt day 3 was very good did wait 48 hours before first use in case it would effect fridgeupdate used for two years and trust it with my higher priced wines

works great, easy to use
just add a little downward pressure on the collar initially to get a good seal on the bottle lip when the vacuum starts. after that it will suction on its own
