Good product

While the article was ok....however there was no booklet or even a warranty card sent with it. Hence I dont know the warranty coverage and how to claim in event of any problem.Secondly the package had a small LED light with seperate batteries. However when the batteries were inserted the led light continues to glow without getting switched off. We find it useless. Can annyone from the company help me out?

First the item was sent one month after placing the order. Then, item I received was defective. The paint was gone in many places, which can still be ignored. However, its door wouldn't close. It was misaligned. i tried contacting Ozone customer care and they were useless. They took my phone number, assuring a call back but nothing happened. I had to return the item to Amazon ultimately. Lifting and returning a 25kg item is not easy. Wasted a lot of my time and energy over this. This is the second defective safe I have received. Better to buy it from a physical store.

The partition space between top and bottom does not allow you to fit files properly. Overall a flawed design

Totally disappointed with the product quality and delivery it looks like that some one opened the product in between because cells not present inside box only empty wrapper is present led light also not present and something broken piece is iin the cabinetTotally disappointed want replacement of product want my money backAnd at a place on the top a big dent is also there

Safe does not close it’s only 15 days of purchase and look at the quality of the productThird class product from amazon and what is amazing is they just provide warranty for name sake and don’t odliege to any complaintI am wanting to returning this product for free of cost to the so called seller if he provides his address

I received the product today but when I opened the Packing box, there were no booklet no keys and the safe was locked, now how do I open the safe ??
