It’s caused by the compound increasing blood flow and interacting with nerve receptors. It’s said to be harmless and lets me know the supplement is working. The tingling is a very unique feeling and lasts for over five minutes. I have more energy during the day and it seems to support my health. Compared to other similar choices, it offers lower servings per container per mg, and that lowers the overall value some. However, the quality and effectiveness are worth considering!
