I've only had this installed for a few days, but it has made a noticeable difference. From the moment I unboxed it, my cat sensed it and within a mere few seconds of plugging it in, my cat went up to the diffuser to sniff it. So far I've noticed she's been in the room even more often which I didn't think could be possible as she's already in here the majority of the time and also she's been much more approaching to us in a way that is very affectionate. She can be affectionate at times but the consistency of this level of affection over the past few days leads me to believe it's helping a lot. I can see in her eyes they seem more happy and even lubricated. I wouldn't go as far as to say it's like magic when it comes to behaviour but you certainly should notice a difference. Unfortunately it hasn't really helped too much with her overgrooming or her relationship with our other cat but I've noticed when she does overgroom these past few days it has been a visible less amount of fur that's bitten off. She still has scratching tendencies though - for now. It was super easy to install. It doesn't smell, the diffuser is a bit warm or otherwise slightly hot from being plugged in 24/7 but so far hasn't smoked and is not boiling or as hot as some reviews make it out to be - the worst I'd compare it to is a laptop charger brick but those vary. I also noticed if I touch the diffuser briefly and go to pet my cat, she can sort of smell the pheromone on my hand or fingers and gets very happy. 5 star review simply because you can't put a price on the happiness of your cat, even if it doesn't quite nip the other things in the bud it definitely has them feeling a lot happier and expressing more affection.

As with any niche in the market, you pay the price for it. Feliway optimum diffuser does work, it gives your cats extra reassurance and fewer fights happen. I have 3 cats, I set this up in the lounge and they all sleep in there are night, they are happy most of the time, their playground and sometimes they do go out, but not too often through the daytime. No need to let your cat outside when you have these things running. But they are expensive because they only last one month at a time. You also pay for the brand name Feliway, and there are cheaper brands on the market now, that do as good a job as this one. I bought it because it was extra strength and we have a Bengal prowling outside, so it chills them out after fighting the wretched thing off, when they come indoors.

Pros: • Noticeable improvement in cat behavior—less fighting and territorial actions • No detectable scent for humans, but it visibly calmed the cats • Effective for all four cats, making it a good general stress reliever Cons: • Cats did not become best friends, but they tolerated each other better • Range is limited, requiring one diffuser per level of the house, which adds up quickly • Monthly expense, as each diffuser lasts about a month • For more targeted stress relief, the spray version might be a better choice

This is my first "go to" if my cat is showing any signs at all of stress or anxiety. If you have more than one cat within the household Feliway will help them get along, with its new pheromone complex. A cats sensitivity can be triggered by even a small event, but decorating or even moving house can have a big effect. I find Feliway helps have a calming effect almost immediately.

Bought this for our cats as the vet recommended this to calm them down. However, i feel for the price its ok as cheaper than buying at my local pets at home store but also feel that it hasnt done much to calm my cats down but saying that i havent really giving it that much time and have only used a months worth. For now im going to try a different brand but may return to this brand in the future to give it a second chance.

This product has seem to have my cat from over licking her skin and removing all the hair around her sides. We have our neighbours doing construction work which caused her to be a bit scared because of all the noise and stressed her out. My toddler who chases after her due to excitement doesn't help. The only thing I would say is, wish this product had a red light or a switch on /off button to indicate its working. It is now on and warm to touch so I guess it is working but would benefit from that.

Have just gone to replace the refil again and really concerned that I have purchased a faulty plug in. Although it appeared to be working for my cats as they seemed a little calmer, the plastic has clearly melted inside the unit and looks like it may have been close to catching fire! It has always been plugged directly into a wall socket and changed every 30 days, never run dry. Very concerning that after less than e months this appears to be a fire hazard amd causes great safety concerns!

Extremely great product, I have two kittens approx. aged 4 months, they have been doing my head in because of hyper excited playing and fighting, they are in to everything and it was stressing me out to the point of loosing my temper. ..... "this is the gods honest truth", within 1 hour of plugging this calming device in, both my kittens were calmer, they still play, as all kittens/cats should do, but they are doing it in a more relaxed way. I cannot express in words how good this product is, it is a MUST BUY for any cat owners that have hyper playful kittens/cats. I live in an apartment so I think just the one will work for me, if you live in a house you will defo need two, one upstairs and one downstairs, larger houses will poss. need more. ... absolutely 5 stars.

Use el producto para el cambio de casa de mis tres gatos, coloqué uno en cada habitación, tres en total en la casa y funcionó! No se han peleado, cosa que es nueva ya que constantemente peleaban, y han estado cómodos en la casa, lo combiné con otro difusor con Feliway Friends y el resultado me sorprendió mucho. Creo que el costo es muy alto pero si lo necesitas funciona, al menos con mis tres gatos funcionó, lo recomiendo ampliamente

We have a big alpha cat that always throws tantrums and bullying his sister. Day 1, it shows positive results. He was calm, even with the birds in the window he usually attacks, now he is just watching from afar. Aggression towards his sister now reduce to just staring to her. He stopped peeing in the sofas. Now become clingy and starts sleeping besides us in the bed. What a wonderful product!!!

Thats is fantasic product,my 7 months old cat female,was mewo for 2 days non stop,after only 30 min past i put on the diffuser,she is playing like nothing happened to her.5 star and smell also nice
