Does this work with a 2017 Santa Fe Sport with 2.0 power lift gate?

This works very well on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport without the power lift gate option. I would expect that it would also work with the power lift gate option.

Unless they changed the length it should. I have the same one in my 2018 and it also fit several other years of Santa Fe. It's just as nice as what the dealers sale but less expensive!!!
