The Artist's Way Creativity Cards (Tarcher Inspiration Cards)

I am so glad I got these cards! Not only are they a great compliment to "The Artist's Way" book, but they are very well made and durable. I have been using them every day for 3 months now and they're still like brand new. They also make the perfect gift.

Purchased these after reading Julia Cameron's "The Artist's Way" and completing her 12-week "creativity recovery" process in the book. Perfect if you like the idea of randomly pulling a card every morning to see what the theme of the day will be (Strength, Spontaneity, Loyal Friendship, etc.)

I have been a fan of Julia Cameron for years and have most of her works in my library. Anything she writes is supportive of"wanna-be artists". Her lessons inspire creativity and promote good work.

The cards themselves are very lovely. I've been finding that on days when my "Morning Pages" are not going well, that I'll pick a card out of the deck and write about what the card I drew. Nice all on their own and a particularly lovely accompaniment to people working with the Artist's Way process.
